I sent a Prophecy request from BlueSky, but the results did not pull in. Why?

Reasons this will happen: It has been longer than 30 days between the initial request and the completion of an exam.

To pull the results in:

1. Click Admin - Integrated Systems - Prophecy Log

2. Using the magnifying glass, filter to the Caregiver in question and use "All Dates" (see below).



3. When the screen populates, click the "Reload Statuses" button (see below). This will pull in any tests that have taken longer than 30 days to upload.


4. Click Save, and the results should be pulled into the system.
