Canceled Shifts on Shifts with Missed Rates Report

"The Missed Rates Report shows that we have 2 shifts with missing bill rates. The shifts have been cancelled and the Facility now has a bill rate. However, the items continue to appear on the report. How do we get the report to clear these items."

This report pulls Shift and/or Time Sheets with Missed Rates. It also pulls all statutes (canceled, not verified etc.). They will show missing rates for these shifts since they were canceled before entering the rates in. Therefore they will not fall off the report but these canceled shifts will not pull into payroll.
