Service Items in QB Plugin.

Before running QB you have to set up the Service items in BlueSky and exactly the same ones in QB.

Service Items from QB and BlueSky will populate the dropdown in the Plugin.

Service Items selected in the PlugIn will be applied upon transferring. These Service Items will be applied to the line items that do not have a Service Item assigned in BlueKSy and will work as default Service Items. 

For the payroll, QB Service Items will have to be selected in the Caregiver page:


Service Item selected on this page will be associated with corresponding time sheets in QB. 

For the invoicing, service items will have to be selected in the Caregiver page and will be assigned to the corresponding line items on the Invoice. 

 

For the SubContractors, service items have to be selected in the Subcontractors tab. This selection will be a default Service Item if no Service Item is assigned in BlueSky. 



 You have to maintain Service Items in QB and BlueSky and map them correctly under desired Accounts.
